Detox service

If you are struggling with addiction, we may be able to help you. We offer Auckland’s only residential, non-medical alcohol and drug detox centre. It’s a caring and guided environment where people looking to come off alcohol and drugs without medication, can do so in a safe, supportive environment. People usually stay for about two weeks. You can self-refer for the programme or be referred by a medical professional.

Our service is open every day of the year, and to anyone from the Auckland region over the age of 18. We provide:

  • a safe environment
  • nutritious food
  • a quiet space in which to reflect
  • access to Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics
  • Anonymous programmes
  • professional, confidential advice, support and advocacy.

If you want to know more about this service, speak with one of our Alcohol & Drug Community team on 09 303 3008. They are available between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, or email us on [email protected] to see how we may be able to help.

“The moment the doors of the lift opened on level 3, I felt at peace. They gently helped me return to a normal person’s routine. Pride in my appearance, a routine, and 3 awesome meals a day. Every interaction with the staff was a positive one. I felt cared for and safe.”
